Michelle Yearwood-Grazette
Michelle comes from an educational background having worked in the area of Special Educational Needs across a number of Local Authorities.
She transitioned from chemically processed hair to natural hair in 2002, then to Sisterlocks in 2004.
In November 2006, Michelle then went on to complete the Sisterlocks training course in Miami, Florida.
Armed with her new skills, “Hair Affairs” Magazine has been created from a desire to expose her new business as a Sisterlocks Consultant, including her training as a Pampering Club Consultant for the UK’s Leading Empowerment Group, “The Pampering Club”.
Michelle has identified a niche in the market and intends to share her increasing knowledge of natural “hair affairs”, passion for continued self development and wellbeing combined with a general “thirst” for positive, exciting life experiences within “Hair Affairs” the magazine.
Having suffered the tragic loss of her mother in 2005, Michelle recognises the importance of living life to the fullest without missing vital opportunities.
Michelle takes for life her mother’s motto, “Everyone is Important” and to this end strives to encourage others to make their mark through positive contributions, because we are all important and we all have a story!
